This place is HORRENDOUS and the customer service is a joke. For 3 days, the entrance has smelled like fresh vomit. Today, when I walked in, there was this guy claiming.to be "head of security" yet he was in gym shorts and a Nirvana shirt. Now, correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Walmart employees are supposed to wear, oh I don't know, A UNIFORM?! And this same guy threatened to take my child from me ALL because I sternly told her to stop yelling. And when I stood up and raised my voice so people would hear that this "man" threatened to basically kidnap my 6 year old daughter, IM the one asked to leave?! You will be FN Lucky if I choose not to contact my lawyer. People are always saying they hate Walmart. WELL THIS IS WHY!!!!

First, this Walmart has a very solid array of ethnic ingredients. I thought I'd need to make a trip to Little Rock every time I made a new recipe, but usually not. I'm impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the way it's organized and the selection of product. Today, on the way out of the store, I dropped a full jar of pasta sauce and a very thick kombucha bottle. The glass exploded and cut my foot, right in the store entrance. I was mortified, as it was a little "gory" in addition to the red sauce everywhere. The staff was exceptional. They helped me clean everything up and wrapped my foot so I could go get a few stitches. They took all my things to the car and replaced my sauce and drink (which I needed after this!). I was so grateful and impressed. Will definitely continue shopping at this store!

Slicing tomatoes are always soft. Roma tomatoes are better usually. The problem with the soft rotten tomatoes has been ongoing for months and predated covid so that's not the reason. The store has a good manager and performs well in other areas but whoever they have delivering their tomatoes is screwing them. Apparently the produce section has no real manager. These tomatoes are soft when they arrive and should be refused by the manager.

Typically a close and helpful store for everyone's needs but today went to there car seat event I heard from a friend and read online. I had two barely used car seats in the garage and thought I would take advantage of this deal with about a week left. Upon getting to Customer Service I experienced the rudest service telling me like I should have known they no longer have that deal and basically don't care what the corporate site has to say. Went from 5 stars to below the bars.

Please save yourself the time and go to Kroger or another respectable store. The worst experience of our trip to Hot Springs happened at this Walmart! Besides two helpful employees that showed us where the items we were looking for could be found, the workers were rude and could care less about trying to help. We were told "that's not my job" by more than one employee when we asked for help. We were in the self check-out and one of the items scanned wrong. It took 15 minutes for an employee to come and try to help. They weren't any help and we ended up leaving the store without purchasing the item.

The automotive department is very unfriendly and not helpful. Made me feel like they didn't want me here. If my battery wasn't dead I would have gone elsewhere. They need an attitude adjustment.

Cleaner than the walmarts in DFW. Had exactly what we were looking for, and in easy to find places. Only interacted with the self checkout girl. She was very nice. Overall, better experience than that of DFW

Walmart is ubiquitous but convinient. This one, I think, is better than the one accross town. The new beverage dept guy does a good job keeping the shelves stocked. Sporting goods has some older guys that are knowlegeable and helpful.
