Terrible place one of the guys that works there reeks of pot and beer. He changed my tire and didn’t tighten the lug nuts down. When I was almost home the wheel almost fell off my car. I will never go back.

A guy that works there is a drug addict and always high on meth. This place is terrible it’s supposed to be a family oriented business but I wouldn’t want my family around a meth head. He changed my tire and it came off while I was driving. Contacted a lawyer it messed up my car. I tried to post a video but it wouldn’t let me.

these guys have no clue how to change tires. I had to use a 4ft breaker bar to remove the lug nuts. this stretches the studs and causes them to break. The owner would not even listen to me when I called him, just hung up on me.

Had a low tire. Sign says air one dollar for one tire three dollars for four tires. I told him one tire. He said that’ll be one dollar. Hands me back my credit card receipt and I was charged for $3.11. He said, it’s a minimum of three dollars on a card. I said you should’ve told me before. He said I’ll have him check all four. I’ll need new tires soon. I will not be buying them here.

I dropped off my car for an alignment, and I was told that I would receive a call when the car was ready. After a couple of hours, I called to check in to see if the car was ready. The man said yes, it was ready. I asked why nobody called me, as I was promised. His answer was, “That is not how things work here, man." I told him that I was told that I would receive a call, and he asked, “What is your problem?”. Your car is ready. I told him I would be there soon to pick up the car. Two minutes later, the owner called me and told me that my car was not ready and that he would not even get it done because of how I spoke with his employee and would just take it somewhere else. They wasted three hours of my day!! Not recommended!!

These gentlemen are best in town I recommend anyone big or small job top notch mechanics with state art equipment down to earth honest and fair this is the only shop I will go to now thank you.

They say they "fixed" a problem I didn't even ask about. I wanted my front passenger tire fixed. They "fixed" the back tire. There was nothing wrong with the back tire. The professionism was non existing here. Treating people like that don't know what they are talking about. I see what the issue is with my car and that's what I wanted fixed. Just because you think something else needs fixed, doesn't give you a right to ignore what I wanted to fix to "fix" something else.

I have had the worst experience with this tire shop. I purchased 4 new tires from them, and within a year, I started having problems with them. I have been to two mechanics, and they have both said the tires are faulty. When I took them back to Steve, he replaced two of the tires (that were supposed to still be under warranty) but he charged me $250 for "wear and tear. Then, my car started shaking again. This time, I took them to another mechanic that ruled everything out, and said that the only thing it could be as that the tires are cheap, and can't handle speed more than 65 mph. I've paid this place over $800 within the past year, and looks like I need to buy a brand new set of tires SOMEWHERE ELSE so I can ensure the safety of my family. This is just ridiculous.
