The facility is nice but beware! The customer service is terrible and there is no one on site to help you. The website has inconsistent information regarding access- in some places it says 24 hour access and in others it says open until 10. I didn’t realize this and made the mistake of stopping by around 9:30. I went to leave after 10 and was locked inside the facility. The gate would not open, customer service was unavailable, and had to call the police. After reaching out to customer service about the issue, they were extremely unhelpful and did next to nothing to resolve the issue or even explain how this can happen.

I love this storage facility. It is clean, peaceful, quiet and secured and it's back off the streets. I am loving the 24/7 access being that I am always on the go and never know exactly when I am going to be able to get any of my things moved.

We were exhausted and I was emotionally drained. We got locked in because after the time it took to unload a 26’ U-Haul, it was past 10:00 pm. We had to call the Hot Springs police department to be let out of the facility. It was hilarious and definitely lightened the mood

We read reviews warning of thefts in the area but we had no problems with our stuff on our open trailer. The employees were super friendly when we closed our account and I even got a refund. Will definitely return if we need to store again.
