“I pay $39.99 a month at the Take 5 Car Wash in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I have never had an issue although, I do agree with one of the reviews on here that stated laziness of employees that swipe at your grill instead of being interested in actually cleaning the grill. I went through the Take 5 car wash at M.L.K. Jr. Blvd in Fayetteville, Arkansas. My truck does have lift and tires, however, I have been through a handful of different Take 5 wash's. I went through the one on M.L.K. and my truck stalled halfway through. Suddenly I hear one of my tires blow out. It was caused by a bolt that was sticking out 3 inches further than the rest of the bolts in the wash. New manager Alex went above and beyond for me. I was upset but he was able to calm me down by being professional and courteous. I did not realize that true CUSTOMER SERVICE still existed but this guy grabbed me tools to use to change my tire. He then carried me several exists back to the hotel where my wife and I were staying. He then guarded my truck waiting my return. They only had 1 tire available that matched my others in the entire region of NWA...I had to go to Tonitown to get and after much running and frustration, I paid $540 for one tire and was able to get back and mount. I filled out damage claim as I was told the car wash needed to cut the bolt but had not. Alex cut it immediately after incident happened. I left Fayetteville with the understanding I would be contacted and reimbursed. This began the long await where I made phone call after phone call and several emails to try and get someone to contact me. It was as if not a single person cared about what happened. I started to feel that the damage claim was all a front and that Take 5 upper staff showed no sign of care nor Customer Service!! Alex came to the rescue once again!! He had stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and he himself could not get his SORRY ASS LAZY MANAGEMENT SUPERIORS TO DO A THING ABOUT MY DAMAGE FROM THEIR CAR WASH. Alex called the tire place I found the tire and he paid for it out of his own pocket. Then they were able to reverse the charge on my credit card. This was not his fault. However, he had the conviction as just an under paid manager to do the right thing. I feel that his INCOMPETENT SUPERIORS SHOULD TAKE A LESSON FROM ALEX...as they have NO business running the place. I feel that Alex is a shining example of what this country has lost on terms of TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Too the management staff that refused to call me back nor even reach out too me. Suck It!! Fire your own asses and promote and pay my man Alex!! Thank you so much Alex. I truly wish you the best and hope that one day you will work for a company with INTEGRITY. They will actually deserve you sir!”

“These guys saved me in a bind. My tire tried coming of the rim; come to find out I had a flat. They plugged the nail-sized hole and got me back on the road in no time. Very food customer service; definitely reccomend.?”

“There's drive thru carwashes with free vacuuming all across the country but do they offer detail spray and air blower to get the vents and cracks?! By far my favorite carwash around!”

Today we came and had a beautiful young lady at the computer and she was super informative about their prices, how much money we can save and the whole breakdown of the advantages on Take 5. What a salesman! If you need someone up front of a business...she is the one! She was friendly, well spoken and a good salesman. Good job take 5! On hiring her!”
