Worst customer service ever! The only good reviews on here are bought with waving the late fee. I am over $5000 ahead on a 2017 Jeep because I work out of town! I’m not always in to be able to pay the payment! This is about the 3rd time I’ve got a phone call with a rude employee on the other end. Brittany is the absolute worst. She told me that I was not ahead on my vehicle that I was actually behind. She argued with me and told me that I had not paid extra when I knew I had. She was rude Very argumentative. When I finally got mad, it took up for myself. She hung up on me. About 10 minutes later her boss called and told me all she had to do was a simple click of a mouse and she could’ve seen the notes that have been left three different times and how far ahead I was on my jeep . actuallyOne bad apple could cost you a lot of of business!

I guess you can’t leave a no star review ..Bought my vehicle 84 days ago..have called them last month and a half..at least 9 or more times..already having to leave it with them blowing oil and tar out of exhaust..burning oil burning gas..window just broke sat the Gear regulator ..been to at least 6 mechanics to see what is going on..finally they are offering to run a diagnostic ..yes I have a warranty, doesn’t really seem to have mattered up until now! Transmission is slipping and gas over takes the car when idling so bad that my 6years old threw up!!

We got a beautiful jeep wrangler today! Just have to shout these guys out for being so helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and just making the process so smooth. Thanks for fighting through the new system giving you problems the whole time and getting this done for us so quickly and painlessly! Courtney, Talon, Daniel, and everyone that helped us out..You're all rockstars! (We actually took the jeep out for the first time & we're now ENGAGED! ?) thanks again guys!

Went to Car Mart just to check my options. A friend referred me. The staff was very nice and kept it professionals the entire time. The process was quick and easy. Not planning to when I went but left with a nice Infiniti QX80. I came in an hour before they closed and they welcomed me even staying over and extra hour to do the paperwork and filing process to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Not one of them seemed to mind staying over to insure everyone was taking care of thet arrived before they closed. They had several customers waiting and all of us were taken care of in a timely manner.

Buying the car with them was the easy process and Daniel the salesman was very professional and friendly however after buying the car within the first 2 weeks my check engine light came on and they had me pay to go get it diagnosed and then it broke down and had it towed to some backroad shop per the terribly rude manager Cynthia who is awful and beyond rude for no reason. Fast forward my car was in two different mechanic shops and gone for 6 weeks and just got my car back and the check engine lights still on and their claiming from a spark plug needing to be changed which we had already been changed even the first mechanic said it wasn’t spark plugs mind you the entire time my car was in the shop nobody offered to work with me on payments or anything and even charged me late fee for one payment that was 1 week late (I didn’t make it cause no one would even answer the phone to tell me what was wrong with my car or when I might get it back nothing.) needless to say I was warned about car mart but thought maybe since the car had low miles it would be a decent car apparently not and Cynthia is by far the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. I don’t usually leave reviews but trying to save someone from the headache we’ve dealt with.

I am a repeat customer; this experience was much more streamlined than years ago. It seems Car Mart has worked towards customer satisfaction. Years ago there was ONLY the ability to pay at the location or get a bank draft which could be a pain sometimes because I live rurally an hour away from the nearest location. Now, you can pay by phone or online. It takes less time for me to go to car mart, pick a vehicle and complete the contact than it does to go to a regular dealership. I don’t have perfect credit, however, I’ve never been treated any differently here because of it. Cynthia, the general manager, has done wonderful things with this location, the lot is always packed with rotating vehicles and they sonic always have incentives

I didn't like Toni change us to another person. It was confusing. Toni he said I waiting on lady put in. We should not done paper work over. They could leave it like was. It was daughter name. When other guy took. I told him hood don't close good. He ask did we tell sale person. He said don't worry about it. The guy took.ovrr said as word is. We never drove off lot. Daniel was absolutely amazing he did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted. And it was a struggle ! My vehicle is amazing and more than I ever could have imagined being able to afford !!!! Will recommend car mart in hot springs to anyone !!!!

I have absolutely been blown away by the level of customer service at car-mart. I've had some credit issues in the past but all the people at Car-mart: Curtis, Talon, Matthew and the ladies at the cashier desk treated me with respect and truly appreciated my business. Curtis and Talon worked hard to find a vehicle that I loved that would fit into my budget, and they both went above my expectations in what they found for me I didn't have to settle for just anything, they knew the value in getting me into a vehicle that I wanted and I appreciate their faith and believing in me which means I refuse to let them or myself down. I’ve had nothing but problems from the day I bought my car from this place! They are poor in conflict resolution and take advantage of you! God forbid you have a child dying in the hospital in another state 2000 miles away (which they knew about 3 weeks before my payment was due) and still charged me a 2 day late fee when I’ve always paid my note a week early for the last 2 years! Their 17% interest rate will keep you 4000$ upside down on your loan so you can never refinance it or trade it in anywhere so your stuck dealing with their unprofessional staff that this location specifically has a revolving door around!You most likely will make one of the biggest mistakes ever like I did if you purchase a car from this dealership, you might be amazed at first, how nice and friendly they are, when your just being manipulated into a sale, trust me, I felt like giving a 5 star at first too….. just give it time, that will change!
