I love dealing with these people. They are always doing everything they possibly can to help me keep my vehicle or get me in a different one of mine died. They are always very patient and understanding if something comes up. They are very much willing to work with me on payments, LPA if needed, etc. I’ve been given bad stories from other people about Car-Mart but my experience has been nothing but good. Always good.

When I first stopped to look at my truck I wasn't allowed to start it. I made an appointment for a test drive the next day. When I arrived the truck was running and warmed up. It ran good and there were no issues. When I started it the next morning it sounded like the engine was coming apart. It has a terrible exhaust leak that stops after the engine is warm. It's an expensive repair that I should have been told about. I love the truck but for the price I paid the exhaust leak should not have been hidden from me. Broken manifold bolts or common problem with hemi Rams. One reason I picked this truck is because I thought it didn't have that problem. I was duped by the way it was handled. It's fraud, it's misrepresentation and its bad business. The staff was great and made the buying experience easy, but they shouldn't have hidden such a serious mechanical problem from me.
Three months later and nothing has been done. I'm paying over six hundred dollars a month for a truck I can no longer drive.

This car lot must be the worst business in Arkansas. I purchased a vehicle from them and within 2 days notified the car lot of the issues. I expressed to them if they couldn't fix it then I needed a new car. I was denied. The vehicle was deemed unsafe by dept of transportation. It was sold with no headlights (that car mart finally fixed 3 and a half weeks later. The tires were bald. It has a broken windshield they replaced 2 weeks ago. Purchased in April. I was even stopped by police because the vehicle was unsafe. It needed brakes AND pads, shocks, rotors, and the check engine light was on. It has an exhaust leak verified by their mechanic. Then their own mechanic accidentally told me they put a different motor in the vehicle. I would've not purchased the vehicle knowing this. I've put 1000s of dollars in the vehicle trying to make it driveable and safe. I was on hold today for an hour and 45 minutes only to be hung up on. I called right back but they were closed. The heater is stuck on and on high. Please listen to me...DON'T EVEN BUY BUBBLE GUM FOR AMERICAS CAR MART. I'm not sure why I even ended uo on their lot. They have a reputation in Hot Springs as being the absolute worst used car dealer in this town. Tanner and Aaron have lied to me and spoke empty promises from the 2nd day when I started complaining. I hope anyone wanting to hire these people sees this review. Neither have any business at all in management. I have notified the attorney General, BBB, and Dept of Transportstion. Even when they do call me it comes up SPAM. I can't believe a company would let their lines be titled as spam. Just another issue with management. Lemon! #worst business in Hot Springs #don't buy from America's car mart #attorney on speed dial.

I am very satisfied with the all around experience with the Hot Springs Car Mart. They knew I was determined I was leaving with a vehicle. I explained what I wanted and needed, then they went to work. Please take note that I came in a vehicle with no AC and it looked like I was melting. Manager, Adrian, was trying to make sure I stayed cooled while I was there. Absolute amazing office of people.
