Walk in with a brand new rifle I wanted to sell and the 2 aholes behind the counter gave me attitude from the start. Asked me if it was loaded. Would not negotiate at all on the price. It was brand new in the box still had tags and stickers on itThey tried to rip me off. Went up the road to Integrity Pawn and they gave me $150 more than these two yahoos offered. Don't go there

I'm a bugler for an American Legion honor guard and play "Taps" at veterans gravesides. Boll Wevil Pawn in Hot Springs advertised a bugle on line, and since I had dropped mine and bent the bell, I called and ask an employee, (didnt get his name) what condition it was in. he told me it had a few very small dings. When I received it,t he bell is dented and bent much worse than mine! It had to have been dropped to be bent so badly. When I called I received sympathy but no offer to return it , or be compensated for the lie. It is going to cost me as much as I paid for it to have it repaired, and the repairman said it will be left with creases because of the seriousness of the damage. This is not an honest establishment. Beware!

I called them today about selling a PlayStation 3 and they said that they would buy it depending on how good the condition is and I went there and they told me that they wouldn't buy it because "it's to outdated" which is not good customer service to lie. And it works really good

They are scalping ps5 and Xbox now.... as if pawn shops weren't practicing enough shady tactics already...All these other 5 STAR reviews are more than likely paid for also. Check the NEGATIVE reviews for an accurate description.

Dirty snake in the grass! Paid interest on guns then they get pulled without a phone call. Walk in to pay and find my weapons out for sale without notice. Only take your stuff here if you wish to loose it. I WILL NOT EVER WALK INTO TJIS CROOKS STORE EVER AGAIN.

Sold me a smoke damaged item then claimed item didn't smell like smoke and was returned damage. The worst service i have ever seen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I absolutely love this place!! The manager Allen it so sweet and helpful! I went in looking for diamond earrings to replace a pair I lost one of. Well they didn't have the kind of earrings I was looking for so I was glancing at a ring while my husband and so were looking around and I tried it on and Allen knew I was in love with it but it was out of our price range at $599 he let us walk out the door with the ring that I absolutely love for only $300 and he is still looking for me some diamond earrings!! He also is helping me with my own business so that is really awesome of him to do!! I will definitely be back and would recommend this pawn shop to anyone and everyone!! Thank you so much Allen! ☺

Please everyone. Pay attention to your tickets and package when uou pick up your jewelry. I didn't read my envelope entirely til today because I work alot. I took in good faith in them when I was paying on 3 rings. I only got 2 back. Because i didn't ck it before I left. They are now in possession of a very larger encrusted diamond ring.Will never go back again. I'd rather be broke then entrust them any more!!!

Went in to look at som rings and found a ring for $270 and spoke to the manager Allen. He was very helpful and super friendly. Let me have the ring for $200 out the door. Would defiantly recommend to other !!!
