I'm guessing this moron can't count to 28. RUDE! We are from out of town. Called this guy and he was extremely rude to me on the phone, and when I asked for biggest unit price, he told me. When I asked for smallest ones price, he snapped at me, and aggressively told me he don't have a smallest. But didn't you just mention 14×50? Isn't that your smallest size? Don't come at me sideways just because you're miserable. It's common for me to get the biggest and the smallest price so I can give my wife a ballpark range. Not so I can be treated like garbage.

As a partner - I’m prejudiced ? and looking the “Reviews” over, I see one from a Wade Colony (I’m betting that’s not his name!) and was curious WHY he/she/it didn’t rate BDS 5 Stars.
After doing a little “research” myself and seeing everything from restaurants to laundromats (NONE of which Mr/Mrs/? Colony gave high ratings!) so I challenge him(?) to contact me and help me understand the review that was entered as we have NO RECORD of anyone with the last name of Colony since 2005 (18+ years!) -
I also sent a SPAM notification to Google - so - “Colony” - let’s talk as I/we do our best to make EVERYTHING PERFECT at Big Dawg Storage!

Top notch cleanliness and security. The owner is very responsive and genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction. This is definitely not the cheapest storage facility in the Hot Springs area but very well worth the price difference. You get what you pay for!
