Absolutely worst best buy store. Not hard to understand why they have so few customers. Also no way of calling them directly. Goes through more incompetent employees in foreign countries. Best Buy is no longer a good place to by your overpriced electronics.

Bought a screen protector for iPhone. Supposed to be replaceable for no charge. Girl who helped me said I would have to pay 21.00 for a new one. Do not fall for this scam. Zagg was the MFG. I’ll be emailing them next.

It was OK, the geek squad was not as knowledgeable & couldn't help my sister at all & messed her setting up ,Didn't help like the one that helped me in another store. Also was looking at a washer & Dryer. Washer was on sale not the dryer, Asked y cause that was unusual & the unknowable associate just said idk. To much effort as customer to have to deal with that so just left. Some other may pay twice the price for a dryer or just want a washer. What ever

I am usually the first person to bash Best Buy on their computer parts offerings as they have always been over priced compared to other retailers, but I was in need of a large capacity hard drive (8TB) on short notice. Not only did they have one, but it was actually reasonably priced. I also got a pretty nice Razor gaming mouse for a decent price. I might be changing my mind on them. (Full disclosure, I've been in IT for over 35 years).

Employees were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. One employee steered me exactly to the memory card I was looking for, located away from other memory cards. Then the gentleman who checked me out also did a very fine job.

I was forced to get the note 10+ black or lose my phone until the phone I really wanted the white note 10+ 5g. And the manager wouldn't respect the deal when they could get my correct phone so I was forced to get what I didn't want.
