Best Buy offers a mixed shopping experience based on customer reviews. Some customers found the staff to be knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, with employees guiding them to the right products and providing good service at checkout. For example, one customer appreciated a staff member who helped find a specific memory card, and another praised a young employee for his respectful attitude and enthusiasm. Customers also noted that they found reasonably priced items, such as a large-capacity hard drive and a gaming mouse, which changed their perception of Best Buy’s pricing. However, there are negative reviews as well. Some customers experienced less helpful service, especially from the Geek Squad, which was not as knowledgeable and even caused issues with device setup. Others found staff unhelpful when looking for appliances, with associates unable to answer questions or provide assistance with washers and dryers. Additionally, some customers felt the store was under-staffed, with many employees just hanging around, and cited high prices as a reason for lower customer presence. Overall, while Best Buy can provide good service and decent product selection, experiences vary, and some customers feel improvements are needed in staff knowledge and pricing.

Hard to find a sales person. When you do they act as though they have better things to do.

#1 I'm not impressed with how informed the tech staff has been. #2 if you have a best buy card. You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to talk to a human about paying it off. There isn't a number on your card or bill that leads to a human without a dozen ai gates.
