I don't have a 9 to 5 job. PLEASE PUT NIGHT DEPOSIT ENVELOPES IN THE SUPPLY BOX. It been over a month since I have been able to use the drop box.

We deposited our check today of $630 during lunch. APPARENTLY the teller messed up and deposited a NEGATIVE $630, which royally screwed our balance, putting us into the negative. THEN instead of reversing the transaction, or cancelling the transaction just added $630 to the NEGATIVE BALANCE. We didn't find this out until we were at Walmart trying to check out at 830 at night (trying to buy groceries and dog food as we were out of dog food for 2 of our dogs) and our card kept getting declined. We went to the ATM to try and pull money out (as we KNEW we had way more than enough to buy $62 worth of groceries and dog food). And on top of that, Bank OZK doesn't have a 24/7 customer service call number, so now we have wait until the morning to go to a completely different branch bc this one is closed on Saturday's to have this rectified. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I get that mistakes happen. BUT FIX IT THE CORRECT WAY. AND JUST TELL US. Tell us you made a mistake and that you need a few minutes to fix it. I wish I knew the tellers name. But we are beyond pissed off right now. I seriously hope when we go into a branch tomorrow they are able to rectify this situation.

I believe in providing excellent customer service in any position a person works in. Unfortunately asking for the minimum is an obligation to this bank in particular. The saddest part is that in this case you are dealing with an important item, your customers money. They fail to be open on time, process transactions with mistakes multiple times and are very loose with personal conversations that are not appropriate for customers to witness. I hope that my next visit is much better than my past experiences.
