Saturday customer service sucks! 20 minutes in line in my car! ATM’s eat my cards so I have NO choice to withdraw my money. My personal check and still have to give ID. MORE time sitting in my car! I work 9-5. Bad service

After doing business for over 20yrs, and having 4 accounts, they decided to close my accounts due to too many fraudulent (4) activities on a debit card! One of those was a stolen debit card, because my husband's wallet got stolen!

I have a account that I don't use much but wanted to using and close my arvest account, well let me tell you why I decided against that. Before I even went to this branch I called to make sure I didn't need any other information besides my drivers license to register for another debit card... i had misplaced mine I put it up bc I didn't use this bank, the women rude and horrible at providing help

The mobile app is terrible needs to be fixed . it locks me out every time I log in I'm so frustrated I'm just going to delete the app.

The bank is pretty on the outside, and there are always plenty of tellers available to help you. However, whether it is management or just the actual employees, they are always so unhelpful. Their motto is "Sorry I can't help you." Plenty of excuses why. Luckily the bank next door (Southern Bancorp) are friendly and have swooped in to help me when they refused, each time.

This bank has the best, most helpful and courteous customer service I have ever encountered in a bank, any bank! The tellers and staff especially the Branch Mgr. Tracy are all awesome and definitely show they care about you. Very happy to do my banking at Bank of the Ozarks at this location.
