Finally found a parts provider for my antique cars that would go out of there way to help me around 2019 this store changed there staff 2022 and now are rude, and uncaring. It is frustrating enough trying to afford, and replace parts as it is, but going in to this establishment with the hopes of finding even the little things.., then being forced to leave with nothing is very sad.

Horrible customer service I called twice and got put on hold over 20 mins bc they didn't want to help me. While I was still on hold my cousin called the same store by accident. the guy that put me on hold answered her ??.So I bought the parts I needed at Orioles. Long story short skip the garbage servers and just go to a different store. They will at least tell u if they have the parts n stock.

Everyone here is EXTREMELY helpful and kind. I'm only in Hot Springs for a few months, but I love my car and take good care of it, and these employees have taken the time to recommend shops, tires, products, everything. Absolutely would recommend this location.
