Everyone was very helpful in the Hot Springs location and in the Little Rock location where I took it to be calibrated. It’s wonderful to have a windshield without a crack in it!

It took a while to get the glass for my particular car but as soon as it did they got me in right away. Staff was friendly and very good at what they do.

The employees were very helpful and accommodating, extremely friendly. However, the restroom was not clean and looked as they had not been cleaned in some time. .

It is hard to get excellent Customr Service like we we received today at Auto Glass Now! Thank you to the amazing team for turning around our unfortunate experience of our back window being broke while traveling.
Specifically, wanted to point out that Brett, the store Manager at the Little Rock location, went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were taken care of; give the very complex install.
Also wanted to point out Joseph our installer did a fantastic job - he drove from one location to another and completed the install in half the estimated time.
Thank you again to the team at Auto Glass Now! Thank you for very best customer service one could ask for and for saving our trip, for beating the price in 5 counties.

Really awful: what everyone else wrote about it being filthy is accurate. No one to answer the phone - glass promised to be available for installation was not even in the state of Arkansas when I arrived for the appointment.

Absolutely filthy facility! Trash piles in and out! Replacement window molding not fastened properly. Glue residue on paint, glass and molding. Very poor customer relationship!! Waiting room extremely dirty and hot! Avoid....

Went friday morning to get windshield replaced, that eve the installer said the new windshield was defective. He ordered another and could put it in next day. Saturday....no windshield. Didnt hear nothing monday but got a text late that evening my appointment was at 8:00 a.m. tuesday. Went tuesday...no wendshield. Get a text wednesday night while at church, appointment 8:00 a.m. in the morning. Thirsday morning i arrived on time but installer did not. I called an office and spoke with a lady that told me tomorrow 8.00 a.m. again. Went this morning (friday) left truck. Suppossed to be put in (after 5 trips) and at this moment 4:10p.m. 6/21/24 still no windshield..will be taking my business else where.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Made an appointment on my lunch break, the one person working in the shop tells me he’s overbooked and asks me to come back the next day. Next day rolls around and I show up for my appointment only to be told it’ll be at least a couple hours. End up calling my boss and taking the rest of the day off only to leave 2.5 hours later without a window. Then Try to buy the glass from them and have someone that knows what they’re doing install “sorry we don’t wholesale”. Don’t see this place lasting long. Office is nastier than any mechanic shop I’ve ever been in too and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

This is the only place I will ever go to for my auto glass. They did what they Said they would and they were the best price of anyone else in town and the best warranty also
