We came in the store today Wednesday 9/6, to see what twin beds you had. The sales girl did not greet us, and didn't ask if we need any help or anything that she could do for us. Just sat at the desk.. No one approached us and we left since you did not consider us a value potential customer there was no reason for us to look any further.

Would certainly consider shopping here, but would LOVE if the website had actual prices instead of "Call for Our Best Price". If you're not willing to post a price, I'm not willing to call and ask. Competitors post products and prices, and then get my business.

I visited their store a few weeks earlier. Spoke with Mike, the owner. He was very cordial and answered all of my questions. I told him I had a recliner that the mechanism was acting up. I was hoping to get it at least temporarily working, at least until this inflationary period was over. He said he had a repairman named Jack that was on vacation at the time. I contacted Jack when he came back from vacation. I set up a time for him to look at my recliner. I was a little late getting there from Little Rock due to a friend of mine with a truck being late. I called Jack and he said he would wait for me. He had another appointment he needed to get to, but he called them, and got it ok’d as I was coming over from Little Rock. He got to working on my chair, and had it done in less than an hour. I got the chair back home, and it reclines again. If I ever need to deal with a furniture store again it will be ARKANSAS FURNITURE. It means a lot to me in today’s world, for a company to give me their time, and help me the way they did. They have a large selection of Recliners, and according to another Salesman that works there, most if not all are made in the US. That’s reassuring to know….Sincerely,Ron Harrington

Arkansas Furniture has some great pieces, but we found that damaged pieces were replaced on the showroom floor without being repaired. We can say this because we returned a piece that was damaged and found it on the showroom weeks later with the same damage and tagged as full retail price. Where some furniture stores have a dent and scratch section, Arkansas Furniture does not. Although there are some good people working at Arkansas Furniture, their practices make us concerned. When buying a piece of furniture, make sure you know if it's from the showroom or from a warehouse and new. Unless there is a discount, don't buy floor models since they may have been used or damaged. If you want the floor model, check it over carefully and make sure everything works to your expectations. Overall, items at Arkansas Furniture are good quality, but since they sell off-the-floor make sure these are no damages.

We found Arkansas Furniture after several other furniture shopping trips in the Central Arkansas area. They have a great selection of name brand furniture at various price points. We made the trip from Little Rock to Hot Springs three times before we purchased.After our purchase of a living room set we weren't completely satisfied with it as it didn't fit us like we thought it would. I called Mike, the store owner, and even though he wasn't obligated to do anything he was quick to ask what he could do to make it right. He offered us store credit towards a new living room set, or a refund if we wanted to go elsewhere and purchase. After a couple more visits to the store we settled on another living room set.They have an amazing sales team at Arkansas Furniture. We worked with Sandi, Kim, and Mike. They are all very knowledgable, patient, and gave us some good decorating ideas.We found their prices to be very competitive. Most of all we found their customer service to be outstanding!

Just witnessed first hand the power of supporting local small business! We bought a mattress a few months ago from Arkansas Furniture and started having issues with our backs hurting. While on a business trip to Orlando we spent a few days on a Beauty Rest mattress and experienced the best sleep we've both had in a long time. We emailed Elaine at Arkansas Furniture and attached a picture of the mattress tag. She informed me that she didn't have it but that she did have a line of Beauty Rest mattresses similar to that model and even higher rated ones as well. We asked if there was a warranty for the one we had bought just months earlier and without hesitating she said she would work on getting a credit on my previously bought mattress. She said she would call us back and did so within 24 hours! We arrived at Arkansas Furniture this morning and bought our new mattress. They had their delivery drivers not only deliver the mattress set for free but also picked up the previously bought mattress! You only get this type of service from small businesses! Thanks and don't forget to tip those drivers! It's hard work!

Went looking for a new recliner, found a beautiful Flexsteel gliding recliner. The quality is second to none. The delivery was very prompt and professional. And Clay Jones made it all to easy.As far as where you can get quality furniture this is the place. It sure isn't Cleo's or Hanks. I like to shop at home whenever possible.Thanks Clay

Treat me like you treat the liked skin tones because when it's all said and done. All out money green. And you made a big mistake with the cash buyer HUGE.
