5 stars because of the office staff is outstanding! The fill in Vet however, I am not impressed with.
The practice's Vet called me back to see if I had any questions, I voiced my concern with him. Handled my issues with professionalism and corrective action. Well done.

They are just the best! All 3 of my furry four legged kids are patients at all creatures. They treat each and every pet they see like thier own!

Best vet I have ever been to my dog was in pretty bad shape when I brought her in and they have went above and beyond to make sure she pulled threw and did everything they could to keep from breaking the bank will be my vet from here forward

I highly had good faith that this clinic would treat my animals with the slogan that they hold accountable. This is not what I received. I received humiliation and disrespect. It is with best intentions that this practice strive to provide a more caring work environment without selfishness nor pride.

What a WONDERFUL first experience bringing our lionhead bunny to have his nails trimmed! They handled him with care and love. They gave us great education on how to properly care for a rabbit. We will for sure be coming here for all of our pet needs.

This place is very clean, staff are nice and make you and your pet feel comfortable. We did not have to wait long, either. Staff sent a follow-up text, email, and phone call. I highly recommend this place.

Thankful for All Creatures for taking care of our Brucey while we were on vacation! He's almost 14yrs old and they took great care of him. Happy dog on the way to his favorite place (they give him peanut butter) lol

Stay far away from this place! On 11/11/23 we took our beloved dog, Saffire, here. She was in great distress due to severe internal pain, evidenced by her loud groaning and crying which kept us from sleeping the night before. We were told she was being taken to the back to draw blood & take x-rays and she'd be back in 15 minutes. Instead, we were left alone in the exam room for about 2 hours listening to Saffire screaming in pain in the back room. We should have been told something in all that time & something should have been done to alleviate her pain. We were ignored until almost closing time & all other customers had left the building. We were told she had heartworms, a tick borne illness & possibly cancer. She was given some IV's & sent home with us. When checking out we almost fainted when given a bill for $755.60. This was supposed to be for an exam, bloodwork, a few tests & x-rays. We never dreamed it would cost that much & weren't told how much it would cost. Saffire cried in pain all the rest of the day. We were only willing to leave your office with her still crying because you told us the IV you gave her would relieve her terrible pain. Throughout the night her cries were replaced by louder, high-pitched desperate screams for help, broken only by her resting to regain enough energy to scream again. She obviously got no relief from her pain. We sat with her constantly and were horrified & traumatized as our beloved girl slowly died a most excruciating death. Just 14 hours after being in your office she was dead. We were heartbroken and very disappointed. We weren't given any indication that she was so close to death. It was shocking. Had we known the imminent risk to her health & slim chance of recovery we would have put her down. Saffire deserved better & so do we. After sending Dr. David a letter asking for a partial refund to our bill, we got a reply that they would "bring it up to the board & see what I can do. I'll keep you posted with their answer." We have sent follow-up emails several times asking what the board said & have been ignored for 4 months. Take your beloved pets somewhere else. They don't care about anything but money & paying for their new building.

I cannot say enough great things about this place!! I took my rescue puppy for a checkup and shots today and had an amazing experience! Very friendly staff, great care, great education, very affordable and they even gave me a little goody bag for my new puppy!! I’m so glad to have found my little Annie an excellent vet!
