I had my things in storage here for a year. A little over a year. They kept pad locking every chance they got. But I figured out that they were leaving their security gate open all the time. When I moved into my new apartment, I discovered sooo many thing that had been stolen.

I have been using this storage company for 3 years yes there were a couple of things that happened in the beginning with someone trying to break into a few units including mine but I was contacted as soon as it was noticed. They were very helpful and we’re in the process of upgrading the facilities security. Since that day the system has been updated and nothing else has happened and I love Freda the front desk person she is amazing and alway so kind and ready to help anyway she can.. They are a great company

If you use this storage facility you may want to come by and make sure your unit was not broken into. We happened to call today about something else and they told us today that our unit a long with 39 others were broken into on 2/16. But they never called to let us know and apparently their camera system has been down.....We had a bunch of old family collectibles...they don't seem to care and was really rude!! Actually hung up on my wife when she tried to contact them!!they only get 1 star because I can't do less than that!!!913 Airport Road Hot Springs Ar 71913 I have all kinds of paperwork to prove I was there

I am the present manager here and upper management has been improving the property and will have a new office, some climate control units, more new units, updated cameras, fencing, stadium lighting and new pavement.Updating takes awhile and makes some areas hard to get around while in process but please be patient, it will be awesome! ?

When we rented this unit there were cameras at every corner, a gate, and very attentive employees. Not anymore! My lock was cut off my unit and everything of value was stole and the rest destroyed! They wont do anything, and the cameras arent even there anymore. How does some sneak a dryer out when theres a gate and fence? How does one cut my lock and no one notice? The security there is fake! Its a joke! All a front and Ill never go back! I miss the old owners, this never would have happened when they were there. They paid attention to everyone that came in and made sure they belonged there. These new people arent even there to collect payments most of the time. Store at your own risk!

I would recommend if you can to find another mini storage. I've never been late on my payments paid on time every time. They decided to cut my locks without notifying me. But they did take the time to notify me after the fact and tell me that they'd cut my locks. I don't believe this is good business. As soon as I possibly can I will be moving on.

The security at these units are terrible. The manager cut my lock off of our unit and stole multiple items including a chainsaw, kayak, buck blind, and anchor system. We will not do business with them again and do not recommend this storage service at all.

If there was a Negative star I would put that. The manager cut our lock off our unit and stole our kayak, boat anchor, and our lay down duck blind amd several other items. This is a terrible business. Do NOT trust them with your belongings.
