My Italian gold bracelet needed repair.Its a unique bracelet made up of gold brackets joined together by a rubber like rope.This "rope" broke and the brackets came apart. After several attempts with local jewelry stores I was about to just give up. I was referred to Adrianne Kahn Jewelers and yes with their efforts Adrianne and Dianne my gold bracelet was repaired;and at a very reasonable cost that wasnt expensive at all.The people at this jewelry store worked as a team to get this repair done.They are professional and very kind people who know and love jewelry! I wanted to surprise my wife with a special gift on our 46th wedding anniversary. She never asks for anything for herself but happened to mention that she would like Diamond ear rings like our Daughter-In-Law’s.I knew nothing about diamonds but Adrianne explained in detail how to read the specifications given on all diamonds and what to look for to determine the quality of the jewel. This was a scary situation for me but working with Adrianne I gained confidence and trust that the value of the Diamond would be what I expected and what my wife would value.Thank you for helping me make this occasion very special.

I work in Alaska and I called and talk to several stores and this is the only store that actually took the time to actually try on rings and send me pictures of things that I told him I was looking for and found the perfect ring all the way in Alaska and when I got home I went to pick it up and proposed to my future wife and she said YES ! This store and the ladies that work there we're amazing and awesome at the job!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect ring ? thank so much ?

Amazing experience staff was great came in to get a ring size on short notice she said bout 3wks and I told I couldn't wait that long I needed it by nxt wk she even let me hold a ring sizer for two days so I can measure her finger in her sleep ?? so that's was an amazing experience alone love the work it looks great will definitely be going back in the near future overall very satisfied ?/?

Adrianne and her associates were very personable and helped me find the absolute perfect rings for my engagement and wedding band. Very knowledgeable about the diamonds and the rings.
