The person who answered the phone only said "hello".
Very unprofessional. She didn't even know if they sold banana trees. I was on hold for over 4 minutes, then hung up. I guess they don't know what they're doing. To me, it's not even worth driving out there.

Awesome plant variety and great prices. Ended up getting a melon, iron plant, and a few others. We will definitely be back.

May 25, 2023 @ approximately 3:30 p.m., myself and my registered service dog and I came to visit this nursery. Upon arriving, I came in contact with 2 male employees. One of the employees stated that dogs were not allowed in the nursery. I stated that he is a working service animal, and he is required by federal law to allow him to escort me wherever I go. The man looked at me and said that he could not go in because there were cats on the property, I said that I was sorry he could not deny my entry and started to look around. Next thing I know, I am being followed by a female employee who insisted on saying "hello" to my "dog." I proceeded to purchase a fern, and as I left, I was told next time I would have to stay outside and tell an employee what I want, and they would get it for me, at that time I said that I do not believe there would be a next time and I left. The owners should educate their employees on Disability Laws before they lose their business to an employees ignorance.
