Love Walmart pharmacy. We just moved here from Florida and the staff is just as helpful and friendly...even more so than Florida.

Would give them zero stars if possible. Doctor sent over 3 prescriptions Monday afternoon, I go by, they say all 3 will be ready tomorrow by 3pm or I can wait an hour. Told them I'd come back tomorrow. Show up at 4:45 and they tell me 1 of the 3 is backordered til next week, I got two different dates from two different people, then that the other two will be ready tomorrow. Told them that's what they said yesterday so would like to get them today. They say okay no problem, give us 45 minutes to an hour. Wandered around Walmart for an hour and a half, still not ready. Will have you walk from the pickup window to the drop off window 6 times in the process and of course you get to stand in line for each window for various amounts of time. Also fun when you are standing at the window and the person "helping" is in the back of the pharmacy room hollering your info to you, and other pharmacy employees or friends or whoever just sticking their heads in the window to talk to the people working the whole time? Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

I want to give Alea a shout out for such good customer service this morning at the Hot Springs Village Walmart Pharmacy! I was very frustrated last night when I found out my order was $188 for 2 prescriptions when I normally paid $39! He did change companies on the one which brought it down from $88 to $9 (which is ridiculous) but argued that the one had previously always been done wrong and had been incorrectly charged $30 when it should have been charged $99+! I finally told him I didn’t want it! This morning I took in my empty box in and explained to Alea what happened. She said...come down here and let’s take a look to see how it was rang up previously. She noticed right away it was ran thru insurance incorrectly last night and they were rejecting it, making me pay the high amount! I walked out paying $39 instead of $188! Big difference!! Thank you Alea!!

Everyone has always been extremely helpful and very sweet. Yes, the wait might sometimes be a bit, but the customer service has always been very good.

I cannot understand the bad reviews. I have always had great service. The pharmacist are always helpful as well as the others there.

I picked up a prescription that was for 90 pills. When I got home I noticed the bottle was much smaller that the usual one. Guess what? There were only 85 pills in this bottle.

This pharmacy has to be one of worst run pharmacies. Thankfully I don't take medicine often because buy from this pharmacy regularly would have me pulling my hair out! Not only do you have to wait in a long line to pickup your prescription but more often then not you'll be told it's not ready come back in 25 - 30 min. and wait in the line again. I've even called in a refill & told it will be ready after 1 pm only to go in at 2:20 & be told it will be ready in 25 - 30 min. All they had to do was slap a label on a prepackaged bottle of pills but I was told they were still working on it. Not sure if all walmarts are like this but it seems the ones I've used are, shame.

I've never experienced customer service this poor, at any Walmart I've ever been to. I believe it starts with the store manager and trickles down. I've dealt with several of the customer service managers and they are all arrogant and argumentative. This store has no clue what customer service means!
