I bank near Hot Springs Village and Bank OZK has the most efficient, helpful employees I have dealt with. I would recommend this bank to any and everyone.

Waited in line for 20 minutes while ONE car sat at the drive through. I couldn't back up because others were in line behind me. They should have made her come inside. This was rediculous.
