“Forrest, the Owner, did a great job helping me install two front struts.
I bought them from Advanced Auto Parts, just East of the shop.
I got there at 7:30AM on Friday and he told me to show up at 7:30AM on Monday. The work was complete at 10:31AM.
The service writer & tech notified me that I needed a new ball joint, which was part of the rattle I heard. As well, he notified me that I needed my brakes changed very soon and told me how much pad was left in millimeters and that my sway bars were shot. The allignment was cancelled due to needing to replace the ball joint.
All 3 people were nice, professional and fast. The waiting room was cool, busy and had about 4 seats. There's places nearby if you need to sit and work or kill time - Walmart, Popeye's, Sonic, Sutherlands.”

To be fair 3 other shops just said replace this, that and that....I did personally and still have problems.”
