These people are the BEST! My husband's vehicle had a rattling noise that another repair shop could not diagnose. After being referred to OTS by a family member, we tried them. They diagnosed the issue within a couple of hours. The repair was done within a day. Now the car is back to new! And at an excellent price! Definitely recommend these guys!!

James and his brother are fair, honest, and speedy. I took in my 2014 Chevy Cruz to replace the valve cover and he also found a faulty thermostat. All repairs were done on the same day and at a very fair price.

I was referred to OTS a few years ago (I should have left a review sooner!). These guys are honest, do great work, and are affordable. I take all of our vehicles there now and have referred them many times over. They always provide quality service. I also like that they are locally owned and not a chain/franchise. Highly recommend.

Very fast affordable service! Took my Acura in because it had intermittent starting issue. Got the starter fixed plus my cooling fan replaced. Great guys, honest work.

I've been living in Austin for several years and have never been to a mechanic shop where both customer service and quality mechanic work provided are exceptional... until I was referred to OTS! I recently bought a new (used and abused) car and brought it to OTS to have it fixed up for safe driving conditions. Apparently, it needed a lot of work done due to poor handling/maintenance/repairs while in possession of the first owner, therefore, costing more than the actual car's worth itself after all the repairs were performed. Here's to hoping the repairs will give life to this car for another 100K+ miles, lol. Despite the frequent wear and tear issues with this older model car, OTS has been very patient in dealing with me (as a first time customer) several times over the past month, with very satisfying service handled by Brian and his team. Fortunately, I no longer need to look for another mechanic shop thanks to the exceptional customer service provided at OTS.

My buddy Lawrence sent me here. I spoke with James and the other guy who looks like James! The shop is nothing fancy but these guys are the real deal. Even showed me pictures of the issues with my truck. I never had a mechanic say come look at these pictures after giving me a bunch of bad news. They also gave me a few quotes and made recommendations of small repairs that I could do at home with basic mechanic experience, if I wanted to save money. They seem very reasonably priced and are obviously honest people. I'm going back

This place is great. A friend recommended them after the guy I've used for 15 years retired. I have found my new guys! They did awesome work in a timely manner for an awesome price. Awesome shop, trustworthy employees and an overall pleasant experience. I will definitely be using them for years to come now.

I recently had to replace all 4 brake pads and discs on my Range Rover. The first place I got pricing from was twice as high as the pricing I got from James OTS. Not to mention, James was able to get the work done within two hours, whereas the first company I got pricing from told me I would be without a car for 1-2 days. James was very responsive, timely and the pricing was extremely fair. I strongly recommend using OTS Auto Repair for any of your mechanic needs.

Poor customer service, hired him just to put pin and bushings in my 97 chevy to adjust the doors and he took 4 hrs and still didn't do the job right. He broke one of the bushings so my driver do was actually worse, he blocked my truck in and didnt want to give me my keys because I refused to pay for service that wasn't done right, eventually the police was called I showed the officer the work he did and he gave me my keys and unblocked my truck so I can get it back and I didnt pay the man for bad service, I dont recommend to know one

Genuine, honest, and going to do the job right. They are FAST as well. My entire family is never going to another mechanic. These guys get the job done right, at a fair price, and genuinely care about each car they service. Blessed to know about a mechanic shop this solid. Thanks guys!!

This place deserves the high ratings they've gotten. Was really impressed with their honest and fair work that they did for me. I live all the way in South Austin but will gladly make the trek the next time I need to take my car in. HIGHLY recommend.
