My daughter and I went in there, to get two new phones. The agent Keller worked with us. I had to bring my daughter back the next day. The agent said he was off but would drive down to finish out the deal of course I knew better. But anyway he couldn't come so another agent helped us out. He told us our bill would only go up about 7 or 8 dollars. Well it ended being like 40.00. Not bashing the store service has been great, just my experience.
