Have a coach parked here and had hubcaps stolen twice.
Very difficult/impossible to talk to someone local.Call center sends emails to "someone" but I have yet to get response.
Things have changed a lot since Sparebox bought it.
I will most likely be moving.
Dear Sparebox, it must be nice to have so many customers you can afford to lose some. Very sad.

The place is clean BUT no trash dumpster onsite to help with trash, Rates don't stay the same and if you miss a payment they don't work with you to pay it off, They only take payments in Full or nothing else.
The customer service sucks, no one on the property to talk to, it is all done by a kiosk.

Spoke with Venessa today while looking for a new storage unit for our RV. She was great to work with and got me setup very quickly.

We rented a unit online that said it had an electric outlet. We had moved in things and once we were actually in need of the outlet, turned out to be that there was no outlet at all not even any nearby power to our unit. We had to move our things to a different storage facility as this was the main thing that we rented this unit for. There were other units in this facility that showed had electric outlets, but after checking none of them had any. It was a waste of our time and efforts in moving things back-and-forth.

I rented a unit that was advertised to have an electric outlet. Even called customer service to confirm that this was correct and they said it should be as this is what was advertised on the website. we had my team move in things only to find out later on that there was no outlet. We had to cancel and move elsewhere. Has this was the main thing that we needed in the storage unit. They had a couple other units that they wanted to move us into that also said had an outlet and after checking none of them had an outlet.

People are nice as the other reviews have stated but if you are doing a long term rental just know up front that they will raise your rates like clockwork every six months until you move out. I talked to customer service to find out at what point do they decide you are paying the max for the rental and I was told there is no limit on rental fees.

Unit was easy to locate, price was affordable, all done online. Very convenient, unit was clean and just the size I needed. I highly recommend Sparebox.
