The pull rope broke 2xs in a row you'd think that'd make me think the crank had shelled Wrong went and took it all apart and replaced it with parachute cord yes very proud of my self pulled on it nothing happened the lady here said if it needed a new crank around 49$ will I got a new crank and housing as well I did notice the old housing had been cut into by the rope anyways new housing to cost 75$ total it's fixed now wished I would of took it right away to them oh well Good job and thks goes here for sure

The owner was very friendly and helpful. I couldnt get the chain saw cover on because the kick bar had tripped while I was removing the cover (I know d*** on my part). He stopped what he was doing and showed me how he resets the spring. I highly recommend them and plan on taking all my future mower and chain saw business to them.

I bought a Shindaiwa T302X weed eater, and a STIHL chainsaw here. You just can't beat their service. They carry top of the line equipment to tackle all your landscaping needs.

Don't leave your equipment that's under warranty with them. You won't get it back! I have a piece of equipment that they have had for six months! They keep leading you on and nothing gets done. They're friendly enough but they are not running a very good business.

They had our mower for almost 18 months and accomplished nothing. I called numerous times and was always told “we’re working on it.” I was not permitted to speak to the owner, and every time I tried to get answers, the owner had to be co silted, which meant I was told (every.single.time) of get a call back and was NEVER called back-I always had to try again to get any answers. They claimed it was all the warranty but when I spoke to warranty for the company we purchased from they said Jadco had not been doing what they were supposed to. Eventually Jadco tried to pass off on me what they should have been doing. Lady who answers the phone is nice enough but cannot begin to make up for the incompetent ownership and failure to accomplish anything. Cannot NOT RECOMMEND enough. Like so someone else said-they’re one of the few places that takes certain items, so they just don’t care how poorly they do.
