The worst customer service I have ever experienced in this area, I wouldn't rent from these people if they paid me to fill the open spot. Horrible customer service, all they want is your money, treat you like a number. I would recommend any other storage facility in a 50 mile radius before this location. Have rented spots for 8 years in the Bella Vista area. I am not the only customer that has been taken advantage of by the people that manage this location.

If you need a place to store your Boat or RV this place is it! Anita and William are awesome. They are very responsive and very helpful. It is easy to get in and out of storage area with large wide paths. Love this place!

The service is excellent. William and Anita go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. We were impressed with the cleanliness of this chat gravel storage lot!! There’s no mud or trees leaving sap on our camper. They also provide sites with an electric hookup. Overall we are so glad we chose this new location to store our camper!!

The facility is very well maintained and the owners are just as awesome! William and Anita are SUPER FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! The option to hook your camper up to electric to get everything charged and refrigerator cooled is great too! Give them a try! You will not be disappointed!
