Terrible service from the cashier grey have came in multiple times and he’s sitting on counter and half the time will even acknowledge you. Have showed up at 5pm and store is shut down. Manger says they are stocking and can’t open. Only people worth something are the assistant manager and the young man.

The cashier absolutely rude. Using the toilet and buying products and still had an attitude.. disgusting behavior just because she had a bad day.

I went in to the store right as the severe storm came in 3/14/24 & a young lady named Noni calmly told all the customers she had to close the store due to the severe weather and asked that we all get to the middle of the store. She walked all over looking for customers & then came back and waited it out with us. All the while she stayed calm, courteous & composed. After the severe storm alerts had passed she thanked us for our patience & said we could continue to shop! Excellent customer service & very clean store.

Excellent management at this dollar general! I came in 1 hour before my son’s birthday needing balloons aired up as our previous ones purchased elsewhere did not work out. The manager was able to multitask checking customers out and get all of our balloons aired up in time for us to get to our son’s party. I really really appreciated the positive, helpful attitude in helping me in a last minute situation while also being under stress of the only one working the store! It made all the difference! THANK YOU! This occurred on 11/4/23.

One of the workers has my birthday memorized and still makes me take out my ID for tobacco, only so she can not scan it. Tired of the passive aggressive. Wake up people

New Dollar General is open in Hiwasse. Clean qell stocked with all the items you need. Great location to suit this rural location. Excellent for those that live in the SW corner of Bella Vista. Good parking,all handicapped accessible
