A car was behind me so I waved them around so they could go. It ended up being one of their employees! Instead of driving around me so he could leave, he got out of his car to check on me. He went back into the bank and came back with 3 other coworkers who helped push my car out of the snow. Thank you all so much!!”

“I have been at this bank for over 2 years. It is beyond exceptional!! Customer service is like no other. Super friendly and they are very accommodating. They offer Coffee, soda beverages, candy, and other snacks. Every time you come in. No hidden fees!! I have never been charged or had any money taken out for services. If I get money out of a different ATM or bank I get the charge fee back into my account. As long as I bring a receipt. This is really a one of a kind bank. I highly recommend them.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just have to brag on this employee. I had an issue where I had to verify my identity for a credit card so I had to go in person. I wasn’t exactly excited to do so, but right when I walked in, I was greeted by Gavin. I explained my situation and he was eager to help me. He had to sit on hold with a different department for 20-30 minutes, but did it with a smile and had great conversation with me. He was very helpful and he genuinely wanted to help.
