For a while I got my hair cut here. After the first few months I couldn't seem to get my hair cut the same way twice. It was different every time. I asked for the same thing. The more popular this salon became, the more she overbooked herself. Id book ny next appointment at the end of every appointment, but the last few times I came in for my appointment, I couldn't be seen and she told me I'd have to make another appointment, that also was overbooked and I couldn't be seen again. After the third time, I quit coming.

Shear Elegance Design Team is a group of ladies, not only very good at their craft, but a lot of FUN as well. Need a hair cut, hair products, manicure, pedicure, massage, facial, eye lashes, clothes, even GREAT smelling laundry products? Well, all you have to do is call or stop by. These ladies will take care of you, you will have fun, and you will make some new friends! I did!

HORRIBLE customer service! Refused to cut my hair, was told she didn't have time! Even with a "walk-ins welcome" sign, an empty parking lot, and no customers inside! I have a crew cut, it only takes 5-10 minutes but apparently that was asking too much for someone with nothing to do! Spend your money somewhere else, like a business that will welcome your business and patronage! I wish I could vote with ZERO stars...
