Dana is a good stylist, a bit chatty but that's to be expected. Very difficult to schedule appointments or reschedule due to their business model. Was also 'schooled' by Dana for mentioning that her system of texting for appointments was difficult to maneuver. I can get reprimanded from my own mother, don't need her doing it too.

Pedicure: cold water, no cuticle softener applied, 5 mins discussion before telling me I could only get a Pedicure, then another 5allowing me to get nails done as well. Even handed sheet to choose type of Pedicure, know all I'd get was a basic one... NO SEMI PARKING;I DID!
