Laura, in particular, was absolutely fantastic—she really knows her stuff when it comes to the local market and paid close attention to every detail of my transaction. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out; she’s in it to serve her clients, and that kind of commitment is invaluable. She was genuinely looking out for me throughout the entire process, and the whole experience was smooth and easy because of it. I feel like I was really ripped off. I paid $138,000 for a small frame house that has been falling apart since I bought it 2 years ago. The Luxury Vinyl Flooring was a very cheap thin laminate that has separated, crumbled & is falling apart. There are electrical issues. I have problems with the ac unit every year. I bought this house to retire in. I don't think I will get the money back out of it. Oh! & the carport is falling apart.

We recently had a house fire and did not know what we was going to do.But the best team I have ever worked with is at Ozark gateway they had us a House and worked with us in every way to make sure the kids and us had a good House. I highly recommend them

My husband and I were looking to buy a home in Arkansas however we were at the time living in Florida. We wanted to make sure we found someone we could trust and had good communication skills as we would be buying sight unseen. We found Laura Sackett-Clute on YouTube since we had been researching NW Arkansas for awhile and had really benefitted from her videos. From the beginning Laura was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, helpful and the care she has for her clients truly shows. We felt at ease working with Laura as she made what is already a stressful journey a smooth one. We were dependent of trusting her through the whole process as she was our eyes while we were not physically here. No stars dishonest, no integrity, con artists never use this company sold a house full of black mold and lied about it saying there was no sign of any mold, became ill first night in house I purchased and found out it was full of black mold and had to spend extra $25,000 to have the house gutted liar and conartists was lied to about realtors experience never use this real estate company
