Love the people and excellent service, the only thing I can say negative is its sometimes a little frustrating getting through on a phone call, but I think that may be a common problem at most banks because their busy.

???? ??? ????? !!!A friend told me I could start an account there & fix it so it COULD NOT BE OVERDRAWN. So when I went up there that's the FIRST thing I asked before starting the account. I was told yes it can be fixed so it can NOT be overdrawn. I asked the lady in the office while setting up the account at 3 more times double & triple checking that my account could not be overdrawn for ANY reason. They LIED TO MY FACE at least FOUR 4 times !!! I have a separate debit card account I could have connected to this account but there was no need because this account could not be overdrawn, at least that's the LIE they told me. So today my account is overdrawn $7. & they're not getting a damn dime !!! I walked out of the bank, cut my card up as soon as I got home & will never set foot in that bank of LIARS again.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I have been a account holder in this particular branch for over 10 years now, they great me by my first name every time I enter the lobby. I was talking to Mrs. Davidson the branch manager one day about how I was having such a hard time getting my Dr to give me a pre authorization form for my insurance to cover a electric hospital bed for me at my home, explaining that it had been 3 weeks already. I really needed it due to a medical condition I have. She smiled and said you're in luck, saying her father had just passed away and she had his with 2 brand new mattresses, I would just have to meet her at his house on the weekend, so my brother took me the following Saturday to help load it up. I was grateful for her generosity. Thanks Mrs. Davidson, I will never forget what you did for me, God bless you ?
