WARNING...MS FRIENDS & FAMILY: Do not take your cell phone for repair to Sam's Cell Phones & Accessories at 216 Hwy 30 W New Albany. While in MS I took my Apple I Phone 7 there to have the glass replaced due to cracks. Recently my phone was flashing on the bottom part of the screen so I took it in to my local Apple store here in GA. The technician opened the phone up and here's what I found out....Sam's took all the original Apple parts out (not needed for repair) and replace

Took my iphone 6+ to the new albany location with a cracked screen and lcd to get it fixed. Charged me $60 and put the wrong color screen on it and 2 days later, its cracked again and screen want come on! Needless to say i have a rose gold phone, black screen, and white home button. So i went back today and Asked him and he said idk why that happens and he would only charge me $40 to fix it. I said no thanks ill take it elsewhere to have it actually fixed. $60 later im STILL witout a phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

This place has gone downhill since getting new owners their prices are ridiculous. And on top of that it's cheap products your better off buying the items online and having someone else put it in for you. I will never deal with them again.. They do not stand behind the products they sell.. Only reason there's one star is because they won't let you leave a review without at least one star..

Since the new owners, this store has went way down. I paid to have mine and my wife's phone repaired and I've had nothing but problems. I had someone else check the work and found “Sam's†didn't even reassemble the phone correctly. When we took the screen off two screws fell out and multiple parts were left out. Not to mention they were way over priced. They won't even correct there mistakes.
