Today your new banking system takes effect. I however did not receive a new debit card that is affiliated with this change. So now I have to drive to Main Bank on Cherry Street to get a card. This isn't the first time your bank has caused me undue problems. Seems you don't want to retain customers. I am very seriously thinking of going to another financial establishment.
