T mobile just moved into town a few months ago and offered a great deal for new service so I feel for it. It was supposed to be post pay, pay at the end of monthly service. So I started the new service and 4 days later I received a bill. It. Said 1 day of service $120.00 dollars. I went straight to the store and told them they made a mistake. But the people working there said to me, (Don’t pay any attention to the dates). I almost feel over, What do you mean don’t pay any attention to the dates on the bill. I stopped my service that day. And now 4 months later I get a phone call from collection wanting the $120.00 dollars. How sorry can t-mobile be.Be careful when you receive your first bill.I would not recommend this place to anyone.Now 6 months later they put bad mark on my credit report.If you want to make it right then remove the bad mark from my credit report ?

I started new service with t mobile. It was supposed to be 120.00 dollars for a month of service but 3 days after I started service I received a bill for 120.00 dollars. The bill started one day of service 120.00 dollars. I immediately disconnected my service. Three months later I received a call from a collection agent wanting 120.00 I refused to pay 120.00 dollars for 1 day of service so now they have placed negative marks on my credit reports. How sorry can a company get. I will be looking at my legal options
