Nice ppl but it's a rip off Got my oil changed and it was a pretty much $140 for diesle oil...way to much plus it wasn't quick which is one reason they charge so much I had to wait an hr. I Can drive to Cerse and Go to Walmart. Get it for $80 for the same exact thing. And still save money on fuel. Don't go here unless you wa t to get ripped off.

OVERCHARGED!! Get quotes from others in Heber BEFORE taking your vehicle. They were the only shop that had availability and trusting fair prices, we took our 2007 corvette there. They charged us $180 after tax for a 4 wheel alignment!! We paid but questioned the extremely high price. They said it was their regular price. I called others to confirm the price was high.
Bartlett Tire quoted $115 after tax.
North Arkansas quoted $79 after tax.
Cowboy chevy dealer quoted $116 after tax.
Now I see why they had availability…

Knowledgeable staff and expertise service. Josh was super helpful and knew how to get us taken care of. Guinn and the other technicians are extremely proficient and amazing at their jobs. Cannot recommend them enough.

Never had a complaint before, however now that they’ve eliminated making service appts- i showed up by opening time, and with 8 cars in line ahead of me it was already a 2+ hour wait! Im now going elsewhere, my time matters!

These folks literally quoted me 400 before tax to change my transmission fluid. They charged 26 a quart of fluid and my car takes 7.5 I called oriellys, it's 13 a quart (same product) the price gouging is RIDICULOUS with this place.

Had a set of tires installed that I brought in 12/15/23 was charged 72.02$Came back 3/05/24 didn’t think to ask what it would cost considering they just did the same job for me 3 months ago they did the job and charged me 134$ to change 4 tires out.I could have gone literally any other place in Arkansas and it would have been cheaper.They told me oh yeah prices went up.Almost double in 3 months ?

I came into town in a rental car and half way through the trip the rental pinged that it was out of oil. I came in seeking an oil change, but they were booked solid. However, they were able to top me off with oil on a short notice and saved my weekend

Let me preface this by saying we’ve been trading here for many years and have always had nothing less than stellar service.We have six vehicles that have been regularly maintained at this location and we are sad to make a change but when the service team intentionally gouges for money when you’re already spending almost $300 for an oil change and fuel filter swap, it’s time to go shopping.They never have had our fuel filters in stock so we always bring our own and they’ve used them. This time the guy got the filters out of our truck and took part numbers off of our filters and ordered them from the parts store. We didn’t know he’d done this until the price was $400 for the work and we were given no alternative but to pay it. They not only didn’t use our filters but marked them up more than 100%. This is unethical to say the very least and if they’ll do this it makes one question how else they’d put the screws to a long time customer to make a few bucks.We suggest taking your business somewhere else, no recommendations on where, just not here. ???. 1-⭐️
