Receptionist was rather rude, told me she'd call me back with tire price, but never called back. Called Xtreme treads, super nice and fast. Advise looking elsewhere.

UPDATED:
(This is my experience this may never happen to you) Went in for an alignment on Tuesday. I get a call the next day or two that the truck needs 200 dollars worth of parts to do the alignment. I agreed and I agreed on the price over the phone. Then after they closed I get a call they’re done. The price went up again. A $30 brake line (expensive 6in piece of rubber hose). It hasn’t leaked a drop of brake fluid in 8 months and the brakes were the only thing on the vehicle that actually worked properly and were tight. So why all the sudden it needs a line? Well I get “it was leaking” instead of “we had to cut the camber bolts off and cut the line”. You can about always expect to pay more and your car need something else, as for the work. I get the truck back Friday night. As I’m pulling out I nearly hit a car from the brakes not working. I live a 1/4 mile away and it was after 11pm. I drove it the next day to work. 40mph it had acquired a shake. And if you let go of the steering wheel it would pull hard to the ditch. I can say one good thing. I took it back and they went back through everything they done and double checked it. Even though I was given an attitude because of this review. Not rude borderline maybe but mostly just an attitude. But if you don’t want a bad review then don’t do things to get bad reviews. (They were explaining extra charges to someone when I took the truck back in…really) The alignment had changed quite a bit from the first alignment sheet I got for when they done it the first time, so they readjusted it. And rotated my tires. Which I told them I had already rotated them a week or two before. So why they were rotated I will never know. They said they were gonna flip the front ones. To me that sounded like pull off the rim and flip it, but maybe that’s rotate I dunno. I do know I have to rotate them again. But they called an hour and half later finished. I asked if they got the front end where it wasn’t pulling. I was told the owner drove it and 2 other people and was told “he drove it with 2 fingers”. Yes it’s easy to steer I’ve spent $700 dollars making it easy to steer. That doesn’t tell me if the pull was gone when you let go of the wheel. So I was told it pulls that way from the grade of the road. It’s supposed to pull slightly toward the ditch. ANYWAY, I get it back the next day and drive it. It’s still got a slight pull to the ditch. About like before i took it to have it aligned. So after $306 dollars everything is as it was before I went except having to re-rotate my tires . A different instance I had 2 tires put on a Scion TC. The lug nuts were tightened with an impact. Which warped both front rotors. It took a breaker bar and cheater pipe to break them loose supposed to be 76 Ftlb of torque. One of the tmps sensors stopped working. Not sure if it was broken or just stopped. I didn’t make a big deal about it. I just wanted to know which one. Over a hundred a piece changing a good one was just something I couldn’t afford. Which when I asked about it they didn’t have a way to tell me which one it was. After replacing the rotors. Torqued the lug nuts. The car drove good the tires didn’t leak. Which anytime a wheel is taken off they should be checked and torqued again after 40-50 miles. So just break them loose torque them and check them like your supposed to and you shouldn’t have a problem with lugs. Just having to pay for extra parts you may/may not need kinda gets to anyone, if you don’t mind it and the occasional having to return to have something double checked then they are not that bad a place. And they won’t beat around the bush. Bunt and to the point, I like that personally though.

I used to love this place. Will never be returning or suggesting it to anyone ever again. One lady left me on the phone on hold for 10 minutes and then Brandy was rude. 0/10 for customer service.
**Edited to say that this wasn't about not being able to give a diagnostic. It was about her attitude problem.

I had a horrible experience today and the ladies at the front office argued with me about the parts that I know that I had replaced on my truck today and in front of other customers as well and they were both very unprofessional and the technicians need to be certified so that they actually know what to look for that has been replaced or not. I am very dissatisfied with their service today and will probably not ever go back to their establishment again not with this kind of service.

Amazing company !!! Amazing people !!! I’m an older woman who is not from Heber Springs, so I don’t have family and friends who live here. I was in a big jam and needed help with my vehicle and I was surprised and impressed by their service and assistance. The boss is a young woman and as a woman I felt I was dealing with a company that wasn’t going to take advantage of me just to get my money. I would highly recommend North Arkansas Tire Center. They are now the place I’m going for tires , oil changes, brake repairs and maintenance. Thank you
