Terrible. Charged us almost $500 and then left a 0 off of our total income in our taxes! Our return was short hundreds thanks to her and the problem has yet to be resolved.

The lady was really nice and welcoming. When I asked questions she answered immediately and explained anything that I didn’t understand. She was really patient also which helped a lot. She was just really kind and made the whole experience better.
