I had may taxes done on the 31st of January. Patricia Marsh did an amazing job! Any questions I had she answered every single one of them! I will definitely be back next year to get them done. Thank you, beautiful lady!

Will not be using this company again. Filed my taxes in store set up in Walmart in Heber springs on the 27th of February. The 28th I received a call saying my taxes was denied and we found the problem. Was told it was fixed and would be sent back in. I call today and guess what my tax papers are still there was NEVER FIXED AND SENT BACK IN. The person that done them no longer works with them. So you telling me 23 days later and no one decided to check to see if she done all her clients taxes. Jackson Hewitts employee only response was I'm sorry.
