“Takes alot for me to give a 5 star review on anything, but I've stayed here a few times and in the beginning I told myself that the rooms could use some help without a doubt and each time I've stayed since then they've been doing tons of upgrades. The rates are absolutely fair, no matter how many times you have an issue or need help figuring something out the clerk is always on top of things. He was absolutely kind spoken and patient when helping my kids u hang a bag of chips they had purchased from the vending machine. I love the self serve ice machine and absolutely look forward to staying again. As far as security goes, they are always very concious about those coming and going who do not stay here so I felt more than safe. Most rest I've gotten in years. Thanks Oyo hotel Heber Springs!”
