Both ladies very very helpful! Really liked them. The phone (EC211001) 'Cricket Dream 5G', I got sucks! Battery must be very very small, the memory and ram is also to small. The camera is ok, not the best .. and why the Blank spot top middle? drives me nuts.Based on People Service would give 5 Stars, based on phone would give 2 Stars so gave 4 Stars.

Went to local cricket store in Heber Springs to buy SIM cards to start new service. Going to take the sim cards home and start service with customer service over the phone so I can save the 25 dollars activation fee. Had already been told by customer service that I could do this. But the girl at the store refused to sell me the sim card. I like cricket company but they should hire people at the store that are more customer friendly. If customer service says that business can be done then the person at the store should be in agreement.

Cricket Wireless is crap. I've had them almost 9 yrs and never had a problem until a month ago with my local Heber Springs store. An employee messed up my acct and ended up losing her job over it. I was told this wasn't the 1st time she'd done this. The Manager said he'd take care of it and supposedly emailed his boss because I was due a refund around $85. He had every excuse in the world as to why he couldn't refund me directly etc etc etc. I even called Cricket directly and they said the store would have to resolve it and refund me the over charges. I spent 3 weeks in the store trying to get my money that was due back to me. Why should I have to pay the price for an employees wrong doing. Needless to say I took it up with my credit card company to dispute the charges and they couldn't do anything. Every time I spoke with the Manager he sugar coated everything and seemed to be not very coherent in the moment, yet said he'd get with his boss AGAIN and AGAIN.... bullcrap. Our local Cricket is crap and a rip off. They definitely need a better manager who knows how to handle issues and quit trying to put it off on others with nothing but excuses. They need employees who work instead of stand behind the counter lounging. Needless to say I'm switching providers and to a company that doesn't drop the ball and follows thru.

They installed screen protector on Wednesday, fell off Thursday. Manager struggled to install 3 times to install, waste of time & money.
