“I have been doing business there for years. The parts and prices are great but that is not why I continue doing business there. It is the people. The staff at my local Auto Zone are some of the most knowledgeable and friendly salespeople I have found at any other Auto Zone. If they don’t have the part in stock, they have it later in the day or the next day. They call me by name upon entrance which makes it like family. It is amazing to watch the newest employees go from not knowing much about auto parts to being well versed in the automotive world rather quickly. The staff has always seemed to get along very well with each other. Kudos to the management staff as I would think this would be a tough job to have.I expect to have many more pleasant visits with this crew in the future. Thank you for all of them in the past!”
