He helped us load the car onto a trailer not once but twice because of my miscalculations. “I dropped my damaged car off at Frederick's Body Shop and that was the last time I initiated contact. From that day forward, I received updates via text and/or phone calls. Because of the backlog of needed items, there was a delay but I was informed along the way. When I picked the car up, I was overwhelmed. The car was beautiful. It was cleaner inside and out than it was when I got it new from the Ford dealership. It was if they cared about my car as much as I do.
