You don't really want me to go here..What I thought was going to be a positive end result......not so much. I'd say call me before you take the plunge but then again, Id be overwhelmed with phone calls and reliving a nightmare. Needless to say, a new engine( after 13 visits to shop on a year) had to be installed and guess who came out with no repercussions......yet! That's right. The dealership. Wood care way, whatever! Maybe you've got to know someone to get that treatment. Hilary is the exception to the rule. She's awesome and will help in any way

Went in for oil change on 2/28/24. Excellent service. Work accomplished in time frame I was told. Received an itemized check list for all that was checked and those parts replaced. Good and friendly service. Service rep was Timothy Wilder.

Wife bought a used car from this dealership. It broke the same day that she brought it home. She called them but the dealership's personnel have ghosted her. No one ever followed up after claiming that they would, three and half months ago. They don't seem to return calls as the car was apparently unfixable after spending 11 of the last 14 weeks at our local Toyota dealership and she is now trying to get a reimbursement for the extended warranty that they sold her. So far none of her calls have been returned. Absolutely no service after the sale.

My old Chevy service department raked me over the coals for roughly $500 in trouble shooting fees just to say there was nothing wrong with my truck. I literally gave up on finding the clunking noise while steering. Without asking, the Wood's service tech identified the problem during the inspection and corrected it same day!!!! Great job and great customer service!
Wood Chevy is the only place I will take my truck from now on!

I wish I could give them less to be honest, when I got my car we had a signed agreement that I would get 1500 worth of tires on my car and I would pay half, but they put cheap tires on my car. Not only that but when I was given my car they gave no details about anything and just said I would get all the information sent in the mail, but a Month later still nothing, then the dealer starts calling my work every hour, for me to do things I was never told I had to do. Last thing is I gave proof of address and the dealer lost it and never contacted me until the last minute, now is threatening to take the car if I don't give proof of address in the next two days on a holiday when everything is closed. I'm 19 and this is the first car I have ever bought, no one needs this negativity that wood motor puts you through. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

We needed a car for my daughter in college and found a really nice used car from Wood Motor. The car was described and represented perfectly by Daniel so we purchased it from Wood. Everyone we dealt with was easy to work with. They changed the way you think about most used car dealers.

Stop! Do yourself a favor and either find a different dealer or be sure and get a picture of your initial negotiating paperwork. I have a concern that I originally thought was an honest mistake has been handled so poorly I'm now questioning whether it was an honest mistake or not.
