I guess they have a bad reputation for a reason. The staff isn't very friendly. They won't help you out where they can. Gave me a hard time about my box not being big enough (I always mail the same size box at other USPS locations, I run a business, and never had anyone complain before). They wouldn't let me put a clear piece of tape over a stamp that wasn't sticking all the way ? I always seem to run into issues at this location where I've never had them at any other post office. USPS employees at all surrounding locations don't like the Harrison post office either, it's just a known fact.

Hands down this is one of the WORST post offices in all of America. The people that work in this state aren't the brightest. Some can't even get mail in the correct box EVER and more times than not mail is said to be "undeliverable" how the hell is a Xmas card with the correct address undeliverable? I don't get it. The workers are always angry when you call and the customer service is nowhere to be found. (1 person is ok) but the rest have no place being responsible for our mail system. For a year I've had more issues with this post office than any other post office my entire life.

No hassle, easy going. If there is a line, just breathe and remember, you'll get there. Counter help is always nice, even when they get an irate customer. This is hands down, just a normal post office that will get whatever your needs are done.

As the clerk is stamping mail for a woman, the clerk says she can't accept bulk mailing without stamps, and then says they don't have bulk mail capability.

Have never been able to pick up from po box. Everytime a package is delivered it just sits somewhere in the building and they say they don't have it yet. Amazon has said 'delivered' for the past two days and they 'don't have it'. What's the point of the po box if I have to go up to the front desk everyday after a package is delivered and ask about it?

For the most part they do a great job, it’s one carrier that always puts the wrong mail in the wrong box!!!
