Do not buy from Shaver auto. Ken Billings is a con man and lies. I paid cash for a H3 Hummer. 500miles ac went out. Some dummy overcharged the system.I spent $1200.00 to fix the ac. Ken said it might need a front end alignment. They want$2716.22 to repair the front end so they can do an alignment. The seat covers were glued to the seats. I don't know what kind of mentality went into that. FAIR WARNING STAY AWAY FROM SHAVER AUTO.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! My nephew bought a car from them a week or so ago. The next day the check engine light came on and he’s had absolutely nothing but problems. He’s a kid in high school that saved his money to make this purchase. He’s now stuck with a car that has a salvage title, which they did not explain to him. He didn’t even know it was a salvage title until the title came in. These are the most dishonest people and should NOT be allowed to operate a business. Nothing but 100% dishonest.

I bought a car here, tested it with an OBD scanner and thought I got a good deal. Only a few months after driving it the transmission had to be replaced and I've had to replace multiple parts. I've only had the car for 2 years and already put as much money as I paid for it into repairs. Good customer service in terms of selling me the car, but I wouldn't buy here again.

Just bought a truck from shaver. It's a 2000 dodge 1500 5 speed. No its not perfect by any means but for a 2000 year it's pretty damn clean. I know it's a used truck so I plan to flush all the fluids, change the spark plugs and wires, etc....it's a used lot. Buy here pay here. It's a gamble. But overall my experience was great. Chris was very nice and down to earth. He made my kids and I feel welcome....I plan to do more business with him in the future. You want a brand new car no issues, go to the big name lots. Stop hating on a man who's just trying to run his business.

If I could give a zero star review I would I bought a car from this place for 6300 cash in hand and 3 days later it wasn't drivable I called them asked them to help me out by putting me in something safer for myself and my 2 small children. And even told them I would put even more Cash with the 6300 I had already paid them if the vehicle I chose costed more and if it didn't they could just keep the difference themselves. The response I got was "I don't think we have anything we would trade back for the car u got u should consider taking it and trading it in somewhere else". This tells me they sold me car they knew was unreliable, unsafe, and that they no longer wanted the headache from. They claim to be God loving Christians yet they run their business on scamming people for money. Last time I checked that was not at all Christian like.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO DONT CARE IF THEY SELL A VEHICLE THAT BREAKS DOWN 3 DAYS LATER!!. .. this place is worse than car mart ever thought of being. When u come in with cash in hand for a vehicle no financing needed and the car breaks down 3 days later they should be willing to help u out with fixing it or at least helping u into a more reliable safe vehicle even when offer to pay the difference if the next car costs more and if it didn't they can keep the difference. However when I bought a a car from them for cash in hand 3 days later it stalled out putting me and my children at nearly being hit by a logging truck the response I got was they not only knew the car was messed up after posting it on Facebook stating 100% clean no mechanical issues but suggested I take the 6300 dollar loss and trade it in elsewhere. Do not do business with these people they are not good people.

If it was possible to give this place a zero star rating then I definitely would!!! Ken knowingly sold my family a Lemon of a vehicle.. $6300 cash is what Ken received for 2011 Sonota Hybrid, after he told us that he had driven the car for few weeks, great car, No Mechanical Problems at all, which was a Lie.. 3 days after we got the car, it broke down rite in the middle of busy highway, where my fiance & our 2 little girls came inches of being Hit by a fully loaded Log Truck and now sits in our yard Non driveable.. when I contacted Ken about the problem and asked him if he could do something about this issue, put us in another vehicle that is reliable & Safe for my children to be in, He said,& I quote " I don't have anything here at car lot that I could do anything on, You can probably take the car to one of the bigger car lots in Harrison and they would probably give you a good trade in on it" end quote... What kind of Human sells a family a vehicle that 3 days later breaks down, almost causing Serious Accident, that would have severely hurt a family with little girls involved,or worse than hurt badly, then when brought to his attention, all Ken would do about the deal, is tell us to take the car to a different car lot and trade it in.. IT TAKES A SPECIAL KIND OF PERSON TO BE A SORRY, UNCARING HUMAN AS KEN AT. SHAVERS AUTO HAS CHOSE TO BE!!!!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT CHRISTIAN AS CLAIMS TO BE!!!! WHAT IS SAD,IS WE NEVER ASKED FOR OUR $6300 BACK, AND EVEN OFFERED TO PUT A LITTLE MORE WITH IT IF NEED BE FOR A DIFFERENT, RELIABE, SAFE VEHICLE, OR FIX THIS ONE THAT HE SOLD US.. STILL KEN CHOSE TO DO NOTHING TO EVEN TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM.. SO NOW THEIR WILL BE A LAWYER HANDLING THIS DEAL, IF SHAVERS AUTO ISNT GOING TO AT LEAST FIX THIS CAR!!! I WOULD ADVISE THE PUBLIC TO STEER CLEAR OF KEN AT SHAVERS AUTO IN HARRISON ARK...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought a car from here and within 3 days it was messing up to the point it stalled out in the middle of the highway and put me and my kids at risk of being hit buy a logging truck. I texted the guy about it and asked him if he would let me exchange it and if needed I would put more money down with the 6300 cash I had already given him and he told me no because he knew there was more wrong with it and knew he would have to put more money into it than he already had. I do not recommend buying from him as he will lead u to believe the vehicle u are buying is a great one with no mechanical issues when he knows better
