This company needs to be shutting down for sure trying to charge me and my brother $100.00 to get my equipment out of the car which they tow i don't care about the car but let me say this first of all who the hell you think you are maybe yall been smoking a little crack or something to much as you can't sale something which wasn't y'all begain with i did called them and i did have to deal with a shmuck who couldn't take the heat because he knew i was right and choose to hang up on me which made the problem 10x worse and today will be the day when i will go there in person and if they don't want to hand the equipment back there will be a small civil case court order put in place as i got prove of owner ship of those tools I got the receipts just do me a favior don't fight me on it because you won't win this case in the long or short run im no longer asking this its a form of damaging the returned of my things oh by the way also i will be asking for the form of yall business privics when it's comes to personal property i want to see if it state you charge people for things which doesn't belong to you

I needed an estimate on my car that was hit in my driveway and was not going to be on any insurance claim so I needed it to be as accurate as possible. The guy was nice at first but very soon I realized that he didn't really care and was trying to get me out of there as quickly as he could. When he first looked at the damage he asked me if I was worried about the trunk lid that was bashed in and warped. I said what do u mean? He asked again and I told him of course I was it was part of the damage! Like what??? The estimate turned out being $3000 off. (I went to another place for an estimate and that guy was very thorough even getting under my car.) Like how do u get that lazy? I even asked him if I needed to open my trunk as there was damage inside as well and he said no. This place may do good work but another guy for estimates is needed. He doesn't seem to care. I will not be back.

I would give zero stars if I could. I used to work for Donny and he was terrible to me as a young adult that wanted to learn. Recently, he made a great effort to go out of his way to cause me problems. They not only damaged my freshly painted and built car, but allowed Harrison Police to damage the car during an illegal search, and then left a freshly finished car under trees. Not to mention it was totally ramsacked. Then the best part, for 1.4 mile tow and a single day of storage (outside in the weather) charged my elderly mother $400+ (claimed it absolutely had to be cash) to get it back, after he savagely slandered and defamed me to my MOTHER and girlfriend without having even seen me for more than 1 minute in 6+ years. Take your business elsewhere. Plenty of other good shops in Harrison. Stay far away from Donny and anything he has to do with.

More than fair pricing, plus they work with almost every insurance company, and by the time they are done, you won't even be able to tell there was ever any issue with your vehicle. 10 out of 10 would recommend it to anyone!!!!
