We headed in from branson today for an 05 Colorado transmission. We've been looking foe months. Thanks to Harrison auto salvage, our truck is back on the road!

My mom needed a hood for her truck I drove her and the first time they said it would take about 4 hours to get off, no big deal we live 2 hours away anyway so we headed towards Harrison after about an hour, once in Harrison we waited for their call that they said they would do but that never happened and we happened to call right after 4 which was closing time and went straight to voicemail. Called the next day they said they had it set aside waiting for us my mom let them know it would be about a week before she could come back up to get it they said no problem. That following week I brought her back up and she let them know that day we were coming we even called halfway there to let them know what time we would arrive, once again they said no problem but once getting there they said they had lost it and there was nothing they could do about it. We came up here twice and remind you it’s a 2 hour drive one way for us. Very frustrating and a waste of gas.
