The tellers at this specific establishment need to be either fired or told by management to not give financial information to clients. I guess they're fine if all you use is a check and debit account, but you should NOT use this bank if you have any online subscription, use any online banking or investments apps, etc. On more than one occasion I've had multiple friends and family members receive completely incorrect information that was disproved by a 10 second google search. They should not be giving advice or information that they personally have either no experience or education about. Out of every other bank in town, they are the most ignorant and out of date. Should only be used for basic banking only and you should never seek them out for financial advice.

This bank will NOT let you use your cards for rental vehicles through ANY COMPANY. They have no fraud protection in place and cannot process disputes.Do not let them tell you it's because rental companies will overcharge you. This is not true, and has nothing to do with the rental car companies.

Horribly inept. I visited this bank to add a checking and savings to an existing account. They were unable to complete the setup due to a "computer" error, so we had to return later to sign the paperwork. Two days and two calls later and I still can't see the accounts online. Evidently, they only have one person in Harrison that can assist with new accounts, however, they don't know how to use a phone to return a call. Don't waste your time with these jokers. There are seven other banks in Harrison which, I'm certain, can successfully setup a simple checking and savings account. Maybe I don't have enough money to get the "good" service; I'm not sure what it takes. I'm not real sure how these people are still in business if this is the level of competence that is displayed to all of their customers.

I had fraudulent charges on my Wells Fargo credit card account. I needed to reset my verbal credit card password. This is not my account password or my pin for the credit card. My bank said to go to any bank and have them call the wells Fargo number, Wells Fargo would call them back after verifying the phone number was a bank. They would ask to confirm my driver's license and credit card verbally. Equity Bank personal banker Cheryl said I needed an account to be helped. I asked if one of her clients was in California having the same problem how could they be helped. Refused to even call my bank because I did not have an account. I said ok please open a cash account for me. Told my account would not be active for two days if I opened an account. Come back in two days. no same day banking here if you want to open an account.., repeat ...no same day banking if you open an account here!!!! Rude Equity Banker Cheryl no help without an account. One hour wasted.Never use unfriendly unhelpful Equity Bank. Went down the street to Arvest, they called my bank no problem! Fraud department called Arvest back asked a couple verbal questions. Then reset my verbal password. Arvest took care of me in less than fifteen minutes. Need a Bank Use Arvest Never ever use Rude unhelpful Equity bank.

Do urself a favor down the road and save ur 33 dollars every negative Withdraw fee from ur account because when life happens and u have to go in the negative cause u need some diapers for 6 dollars they will hit in with the 33 dollars neg. Withdraw fee. Be sure to know they are going to charge u and make it that much harder for u to get back in the positive. Been banking here for 2 years as called them about this 2 or 3 times in those 2 years and its like the fees keep going up. Glad there making a fortune off other peoples hard times. As soon as I can I'm switching banks will never return and don't recommend.
